We train young women to excel on and off the floor/Field!

Our program is a year-round program including young ladies ages 4- 18. We are the only program of Savannah, Ga offering a combination of All-Star Cheer, Stomp-n-Shake Cheer, and Majorette Dance in one place! We train our athletes proper technique and skills for performing, while emphasizing the importance of becoming a successful and well-rounded young women of the community.

Meet the

founderS of AACD

Chelsea Singletary is a native of Florence, SC. She began dancing professionally at the age of 5, technically trained in areas such as Ballet, Tap, and Jazz/Lyrical. Chelsea gained an additional love of Cheer by participating in High School and College Cheer. Unable to leave the dance or cheer world behind, Chelsea began coaching in 2013 and most of all enjoys aiding and developing cheer and dance programs near college and in communities filled with little girls who look like her!

Chelsea enjoys traveling and spending time with family when not completing her PharmD!

Khadajah Kemp is a native of Savannah, Ga. Growing up she participated in recreational cheerleading and gained extreme admiration for Cheer. Most notably ,she has an inspiring love and passion for her first love, dance! This is evident through her time amongst Johnson High School Marching Band, where she has held captain and lead positions in their Dance Program. Khadajah began coaching in 2020, and continues to strive to provide a pathway for young girls to be successful!

Khadajah is a proud mom of 3 , and enjoys spending time with her family.

In 2020, two like-minded women came together to create a new and unique cheer and dance dynasty. They recognized the lack of variety and outdatedness the area provided to their community and decided to change that!

With a mission of building phenomenal young women FIRST , and outstanding athletes SECOND, AACD produces a fresh and unparalleled experience to young ladies in Savannah, Ga.

Notably with tons of experience , determination, and passion fueled between both Coach Chelsea and Coach Kay, a TRIPLE Threat was born!

FAQ :

We recommend enrolling your child at age 4! The sooner they learn and become familiar with techniques the more skilled they will become.

We practice mostly two days a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. If a performance is scheduled soon, expect additional mandatory practices. We are not afraid to admit, practices may be challeging mentally and physically! Encourage your athlete to push through!

No! We do not have tryouts not require experience! We do ask that you encourage consistency so that your child may advance in all of the skills we teach.

We communicate through the Band app. You can reach every Coach and Parent there. All team wide updates are communicated through Band!

We do not believe in having girls perform when they are not ready. Cuts are made prior to EVERY performance. Good attendence and practice CONQUERS cuts. AACD will match patents and cover exactly 1/2 of and competition fees. We do travel, so please prepare for that if you plan to follow the team.

Coaches Time, Building Fees, Cheer Uni, Bag, Practice Sets, Warm-Ups, Majorette Uni, Poms, Shoes, Bows, Accessories, Makeup, Creative costumes. All items are not kept. Some items belong to the team.

Water Bottle, Plain White Top, Plain Black Leggings/Shorts, sneakers, and hair pulled up and secured away from the face. Unless other wise specified by coaches, there is no exceptions. If your child is out of uniform they may be asked to leave.

This depends on the athlete’s willingness to learn! Most weeks we only get 4 hours a week! Practicing at home additionally is needed!
